• What we collect

  Your email, the LinkedIn or Facebook profile link you give us, your ratings and comments, any document you upload to verify a rating, and whether you chose to hear from ISOs.

• Ratings are anonymous

  We never show your name, email, profile link, or documents publicly. Your ratings appear as “Anonymous agent.”

• Verification data is only for verification

  Your profile link and documents are used only to confirm you're an agent and to verify your ratings. Only ISO Rater admins can see them, and documents are never published.

• No sharing or outreach unless you opt in

  We don't sell or share your information, and we don't use it to contact you about ISO programs, unless you check “I'm open to hearing from ISOs with better programs.” You can uncheck it any time on your account page.

• Who runs ISO Rater

  ISO Rater is operated by Athena Paytech LLC, which also owns an ISO listed on this board. That ISO is scored by the same rules as every other ISO and gets no special treatment.

• How scores work is public

  Every criterion, weight, and rule we use to score ISOs is published on the About page.
